Mechanisms for managing directories and categories

To centralize the work with repetitive information, speed up filling out forms and improve search, the system provides for the presence of directories. The directories in the system are divided into three categories: system (it is allowed to add and remove values, but it is forbidden to change the structure and other parameters of the directory), user (created by system administrators) and external (the data of the directories are copied according to timetable or obtained online from a third-party system). The platform provides for the possibility of maintaining directories simultaneously in different languages and shows directory values to the user in accordance with the user-selected interface language. The directories in the system contain a key-set of values, which makes it possible to organize storage of complex data structures within one directory (for example, a directory of counterparties indicating the name, registration number, address, physical and any other data).
