Open principles of customization

Almexoft is based on the concept of open customization, which allows developers to freely and without restrictions create individual modules that extend the platform’s core functionality.

This approach allows for the encapsulation of complete functional blocks as modules, which can be plugged in and serves as the foundation for extensions/connectors available on our Marketplace.

  • Graphic designer and business process modeling editor for quick customization

    The system features a visual editor for business processes and data forms, where business processes are represented as stages of processing a process instance and the relationships between them. The notation of the builder is close to the widely accepted BPMN 2.0, but for ease of construction, some attributes of the business process are expanded and placed in properties.

The convenient process property editor (object inspector) allows for quick customization of the selected object (stage, transition). Extensive customization options for each object enable the management of stage execution terms, transition conditions, user action availability, notifications, rules for handling attachments, field visibility, attachments, tabs, and more

  • Report creation tools

    Thanks to the use of the JasperReports reporting system, the Almexoft platform offers the ability to quickly configure reports and analytics. The extensive capabilities of JasperReports allow for the retrieval, visualization, and storage of generated reports in various file formats. A report can include any number of additional parameters and operate on any data available within the data security policy of the system

  • Built-in analytics

    The extensive capabilities of the platform provide quick access to statistical data for analyzing individual performance or the overall efficiency of processes within the company. Managers can analyze employee performance discipline within their department, manage workloads, assess efficiency, and monitor task completion deadlines. Additionally, top-level managers can perform analytical assessments both across departments as a whole and for individual selected employees. These mechanisms allow for process analysis, identification of bottlenecks, and optimization of current processes

  • Forms management

    User access to a form or electronic process/document card can be flexibly configured. Specific fields, field groups, or tabs of the electronic process card can be made available at certain stages of the business process or when making decisions during the transition to the next stage of the business process. In addition, logic for field dependencies can be configured.

    The visibility of specific forms on different tabs of the electronic document card can be flexibly regulated. Additionally, there are standard process fields that are always present in the core information (e.g., process number, process name, brief description, creation date, process group, process type, document author)
