The company’s employees are professionals in the field of information technologies and have unique experience in the development, implementation and maintenance of automated systems for managing business processes, electronic document management, and business analytics.
How it all began
A group of entrepreneurs from Kazakhstan and Ukraine with experience in consulting and IT decided to participate in the project of selecting and implementing an electronic document management system.
Having analyzed the current market of ECM/BPM systems, the team came to the conclusion that none of the presented solutions on the market of Europe and the CIS fully meets the criteria set by the business. Therefore, the team began developing its own solution and soon launched the first pilot at one of the Corporation’s industrial enterprises.
The first pilot project
In 2015, an international team of specialists from Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Estonia was assembled to develop complex IT systems. The team consisted of programmers, analysts, testers, designers, architects and project managers.
In 2016, the first version of the product was created and a pilot system was launched at one of the Corporation’s enterprises. Close cooperation with business and IT helped to create an innovative solution, taking into account all the wishes of users and strategic goals of top management.
The first implementations in Kazakhstan
By the end of 2016, the product under the KAZ Documents brand was successfully implemented at a number of industrial enterprises in Kazakhstan, proving the effectiveness of the symbiosis of ECM and BPM. This made it possible to quickly configure various processes of document circulation, application processing, service desk, etc.
In March 2017, a certificate of state registration of rights to the copyright object was received, and a decision was made to rebrand the software product. This is how the AlmexECM business process automation and electronic document management system appears on the Kazakhstan market.
Start of work on the Ukrainian market
At the end of 2017, the shareholders decided to expand the sales of AlmexECM to Eastern Europe. The team was supplemented by business analysts, sales and marketing specialists. We developed additional modules for integration with electronic key certification centers and multilingual support.
In 2017, the first project of automation of business processes and electronic document flow was launched in one of the system banks of Ukraine.
