Meeting management module
This is additional software designed for a wide range of automation of the advisory process in collegial bodies of the company.
Thanks to the use of the business process editor built into the Almexoft platform, the module allows you to build the process of organizing online meetings in such a way that it fully meets the needs of the company.
A typical process may consist of a number of optional stages:

Collection of questions for the meeting
Within the framework of this stage, questions can be sent both directly to the secretary for inclusion in the agenda of the meeting, and in the form of separate documents with their own complex structure of preliminary formation, coordination and distribution.

Formation of order
It is designed to automate the distribution of issues between different regular meetings of one collegial body, the selection of the most relevant issues for consideration from among all the issues raised. At this stage, the composition of the participants of a specific meeting of the collegial body, including the number of invited persons, can also be clarified.

Voting for order
During this stage, the participants of the meeting are given the opportunity to vote for the selected issues that have been brought to order.

Preparation of draft solutions
The stage is intended for the formation of draft decisions on each of the issues of the agenda of the meeting, as well as possible measures.

Holding a meeting in online mode
This stage is carried out with the possibility of voting on each separate issue / separate project decision or as a whole. The system allows the responsible user to accept or reject questions without consideration, with the mandatory entry of such information into the meeting process. At the same time as voting, responsible users can create a list of measures to be implemented.

Formation of the protocol
At the end of the online session of the meeting, the meeting moves to the stage of protocol formation. Being seamlessly integrated with the Almexoft platform, the meeting management module creates a protocol in the form of a separate copy of the business process (document) with the possibility of signing the protocol using an electronic digital signature.

Execution of decisions / measures
Intended to perform the corresponding list of approved actions. At the same time, individual measures can be performed both in the form of assignments to the protocol execution stage and in the form of separate processes, automatically generated as subsidiary documents of the meeting protocol.
