Review of Glovo
Glovo would like to thank the Almexoft team for implementing the project to roll out a no-code platform for automating internal business processes.
As part of the digital transformation of our operations and in light of the company’s rapid growth, we faced the challenge of implementing a flexible and scalable solution for managing internal processes without placing a significant burden on IT resources.
Based on our market analysis, we selected the Almexoft platform, which meets today’s automation requirements thanks to its no-code approach, extensive customization options, and integration with enterprise systems.
A particularly valuable feature is the ability for business users to configure and optimize processes on their own without involving developers, which has significantly reduced the time required to implement changes and improved operational efficiency.
As part of the implementation, the following were additionally configured and implemented:
- 6 types of standard contracts and 4 types of supplementary agreements;
- processes: business trips, vacations, salary adjustments, hiring, expense reports;
- module for bulk contract creation;
- Training Glovo’s development team on how to work with the platform’s API, which enabled the client to independently implement the integration module with OpenDataBot and Checkbox;
- active use of additional integration modules, including Vchasno, the bulk signature module, the key vault, and Quick Sign.
As a result of the implementation, we achieved the following outcomes:
- increased the speed of processing and approval of internal processes;
- ensured transparency and accountability in operational activities;
- reduced the number of manual operations and minimized the risk of errors;
- created a unified digital environment for interdepartmental collaboration.
The Almexoft team demonstrated a high level of professionalism, a systematic approach to project implementation, and the ability to effectively tailor solutions to the company’s specific business processes.
