Mass signing

Bulk signing of attachments on the Almexoft platform is a powerful tool that allows you to quickly and easily sign a large number of documents at once. Thanks to the user-friendly interface, all attachments waiting to be signed are displayed in a special queue in the [Documents] section.

How it works:

  Adding documents to the queue:

  • Select the desired document.
  • Open the attachment.
  • Add it to the signature queue using the options.

  Queue management:

  • You can delete individual attachments from the queue or clear the entire list of documents.
• 3

  Mass signing:

  • After filling the queue, just download the KEP key and confirm the signing.
  • All documents are signed automatically, including the possibility of simultaneous signing with two signatures.

  Signing status:

  • The “Documents” tab displays the status of each attachment: queued, signed, signed successfully, or an error occurred.
  • Documents with errors are highlighted in red.

Additional features:

  Auto-decision: Automatic rendering of decisions on all documents added to the queue for signing.

  Convenient management: After completing the signing session, you can move documents to the next queue or delete them.
