The IT department of Kazakhmys Corporation constantly monitors solutions that allow increase the efficiency of all holding companies. The need for digital information and digitalization of business have led us to understand the criteria that must be taken into account when choosing corporate management systems, namely: the use of innovative technologies with the highest level of security, simple administration and adaptation, and the possibility of easy integration with other IT systems of the Corporation.
Thanks to the implementation of the AlmexECM business process automation system, the group “Kazakhmys Holding”, has successfully made the transition to a full-fledged procedural approach in management. AlmexECM has been successfully working in the Corporation for over 4 years and in fact, is a unified management system for a group of companies of 32 legal entities within one installation. To date, more than 500 different business processes have been automated and more than 100 types of reports are configured, integration with Oracle HR, DVK forms, Active directory.
One of the key criteria for selecting software for the Corporation is the ability to scalability and a high level of fault tolerance under high loads. In AlmexECM more than 7,000 users were created, with a peak of 4,200 simultaneous connections to the system without loss of performance.
The decisive success factors for the implementation of AlmexECM in the Corporation were: intuitive user interface of the system, availability of web and mobile clients, easy setup of complex business processes, the ability to allocate autonomous accounts for all enterprises holding with the ability to work in different languages.
As part of the implementation, Almexoft specialists took part in reengineering existing business processes, conducted training for key employees and administrators, and a number of modules were finalized at the request of the Corporation.
