Platform release 3.22.1
Almexoft 3.22.1 includes a number of important updates aimed at increasing your productivity.
Administration – BPM – Imported templates:
An updated option for importing business process templates has been added to the administration section.
When importing, you can change:
Stages/modules;
User groups;
Item number;
Reference books;
Users;
Unknown content elements.
Loaded templates are displayed in the list with a process map and settings.
Business process design – Decorators
This tab is designed to configure decorators and watermarks that will be displayed when signing and converting attachments in documents created using this template.
Stages and new stage functions:
Email.
Pause.
Report.
Actions with documents – Taking cards into work
The system now has a function for taking cards into work. This function is designed to show that the user is working on a document without making a final decision and without closing the main card.
Three options are available:
Start work;
Log work;
Stop work.
The last two decisions will be available only after the work has started. When making such decisions, the user will have access to a field for comments.
