  Search

  • In the “Users” and “Administration – Users” sections, add the “Free search” field to the search, which will simultaneously search the following fields: full name, department, position.
  • In the “Administration – Stock numbers” section, a search by the stock number template number has been added. The user will be able to specify either the name or the number in the search field.

  Working with familiarization

  For confidential documents, the “Familiarize” action is now always unavailable, including if there is an ADMIN_DOC_SHARE_UPDATE role, if the “Document familiarization function” setting is not selected in the “Administration – Security – Classifications” settings.

  Setting the number of characters for fields

  A parameter has been moved to the frontend settings that is responsible for the number of characters in the template fields. In the configuration file, the MAX_LENGTH_FOR_CONTENT_ITEM parameter

  Other KB improvements

  • Replaced the terms “Owner” with “Added”, “Date of creation” – “Date added”;
  • When you hover over the status icon, we display the status name;
  • Returned the “Open document” option.
