About the module

The integration module with the “Vchasno” document exchange system is intended for those customers who feel the need for regular exchange of legally significant documents, but are not yet ready to deploy their own corporate portal for working with counterparties.

  • Component 1

    Intended for receiving incoming documents from the “Vchasno” system, analyzing and checking the EDS superimposed on them, typing these documents and starting the corresponding processes in Almexoft.

  • Component 2

    Thanks to this component, it becomes possible to integrate into the company’s business processes in the form of a special stage and automatically send the relevant documents to Vchasno. This stage has a wide range of settings for maximum compliance with document exchange requirements in a specific company.
