Transition to commercial operation in SK Kazakhmys
Implementation of Almexoft EDMS was successfully completed in SK Kazakhmys JSC
«From October 1, 2017, the document flow in IC Kazakhmys JSC and all non-resident branches goes into electronic form using the Almexoft office automation system.» The corresponding order was issued by the leadership of the Kazakhmys insurance company, which provides Kazakhstanis with quality services in the field of insurance at the best conditions and rates.
As part of the implementation of the electronic document management system, the following groups of documents were automated: incoming, outgoing, organizational, administrative documentation, and internal, as well as internal regulatory documentation. For each group, employees of the implementing company set up from 1 to 10 different types (templates) of documents. Before starting the stage of setting up document templates, a detailed analysis of the company’s activities and paper workflow was carried out, and, together with the office staff, business processes were transferred to electronic form.
IC Kazakhmys JSC uses the basic version of the Almexoft platform, which includes a standard list of functional modules: office work, online editing module, business process management module, collaboration module (calendar, built-in chat, notifications and delegation of authority), management module users, organizational structure, management of orders and additional approval, as well as a module that ensures the security of the system (which includes a built-in digital signature integrated with the NCA of the RK, confidential document management with built-in secrecy stamps).
